Main Tool has expanded its capabilities with a new CNC Turning Center

MONARCH ULTRA CENTER
Twin spindle (15" main, 13" sub) 6 axis with live tooling capabilities

This is in addition to our six CNC Lathes and eight medium to large machining centers we currently run.

We also have a large list of manual machines to provide complete machining services.

Established in 1955, we have a two-shift operation housed in a 22,000 square foot, air-conditioned building.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Machining on medium to large parts including weldments.
  - Large turning to 71" diameter
  - Large horizontal and vertical milling

• Precision CNC production milling and turning.

• Cell setup type operations to provide low cost, quality parts.

• Prototypes, single piece items and large production runs.

• Milling & turning of all metals.

• Complete assemblies.
